Billing & Membership

  • Payment Methods: We accept debit/credit cards and eChecks for membership fees.
  • Billing Schedule: Dues are billed monthly, with equal payments spread across the year to account for months with varying class frequencies.
  • Enrollment: Our rolling enrollment allows you to join any class with available spots. Your spot is secured until you submit a drop request.
  • Drop Requests: To avoid future charges, submit drop requests through the Customer Portal by the 15th of the month prior to the desired cancellation date.

Discounts

  • Multi-Class Discount: Students enrolled in multiple classes automatically receive a 10% discount.

Late Fees & Payment Policies

To ensure your child's spot in a class, tuition is due by the 1st of each month. We appreciate your prompt payment! To avoid late fees, please settle any outstanding balances by the 7th. If a balance remains after the 7th, your child will not be able to attend class until the payment is received. To avoid losing your child's spot entirely, please ensure all balances are paid by the 10th of the month. Unpaid accounts after this date will result in the enrollment being dropped. Please note that tuition fees are due regardless of your child's attendance.

  • Late Payment Fee: A $15 late fee applies to accounts where automatic payment fails after 7 days.
  • Returned eCheck Fee: A $15 processing fee will be added for returned eChecks.
  • Delinquent Accounts: We will attempt to contact you about past-due payments. Enrollments will be dropped if payment is not received by the 10th of the month.

Withdrawal & Refunds

  • Withdrawal: Please submit a withdrawal request through the Customer Portal by the 15th of the month prior to your desired end date. No fees apply to withdrawals.
  • Refunds: Monthly enrollments, Camps, Open Gym sessions, and Birthday Party registration fees are non-refundable.

Gym Rules

  • Parents, spectators and siblings of students are NOT permitted on the gym floor or equipment.
  • Students must remain with a coach at all times during class and cannot go out onto the gym floor or equipment until class is “called” by a coach.
  • Parents may observe all classes from the viewing area only. For safety and instructional reasons, observers must refrain from communicating with students while they are in class.
  • Food and drinks are not permitted anywhere on the gym floor or equipment.
  • Girls are required to wear a leotard or fitted shirt and shorts. We kindly request that two-piece workout outfits not be worn. For boys, appropriate attire consists of shorts without buttons and a well-fitting shirt. To ensure safety, all athletes must remove jewelry (stud earrings are acceptable) during classes. Hair longer than shoulder length must be tied up.
  • Gymnasts must be barefooted (no socks or tights that cover the feet.)
  • All students must wait inside the building to be picked up after class.
  • Water is provided in the lobby area, however we do not provide open cups because of safety concerns around spills. Please bring a water bottle for your child.

Behavior

The safety and well-being of all our gymnasts is our top priority. To ensure a focused and productive learning environment, we expect all participants to follow safety guidelines and respect coaches' instructions. Failure to adhere to these expectations will result in corrective actions outlined below.

Our Three-Strike System:

  • Strike One: The coach will provide a clear and firm verbal warning, explaining the expected behavior and the importance of following the rules.
  • Strike Two: If a student receives a second strike due to continued disruptive behavior, the coach will implement a short time-out period.
  • Strike Three: For a third strike or a serious safety violation, the coach will return the student to the lobby where they will be reunited with their parent/guardian.

Drop-off & Pick-up

Please arrive on time so your child will not miss any warm-up. Children are not permitted to wait outside for their parents. Please pick your child up, on time, inside our facility. At drop-off, all students must have a parent remain with them until their class enters the gym.

Emergency Closures & Inclement Weather

We strive to be open for business as usual. However, unforeseen events like severe weather, natural disasters, or building emergencies may occasionally cause closures. During these times, we recommend calling the gym to confirm our status. Please check our Facebook & Instagram pages as well as your email for weather updates and closure information.

Missed Classes & Makeups

  • Makeup Classes: We do not offer individual makeup classes for missed sessions. However, we offer open gym tokens as an alternative. Attending open gym is entirely optional. We understand that scheduling conflicts can arise.
  • Open Gym Tokens: If your child misses a class, an open gym token is applied automatically to their account. You can receive up to two tokens per month which expire one year from the date it was issued. These tokens cannot be redeemed for anything other than an open gym.
  • Closures: Tuition is not prorated for gym closures or holidays.
