The role
What we're looking for in a coach
We're looking for reliable, motivated coaches. Previous experience helps, but we'll train the right person.
Availability to work weeknights from 3–8 PM, plus occasional weekend events
Ability to engage and lead young children with age-appropriate language and positive reinforcement
A positive attitude, can-do mentality, exceptional patience, and a genuine passion for working with kids
Outstanding customer service. We treat our members like family and expect the same from our staff
Previous experience in gymnastics (recommended, but not required; we'll train the right person)
